Non-refundable tickets booked online

The cancellation fee for Web Shop Fly a.s. is CZK 490. Customer charges are refunded to the client after deduction of the Web Shop Fly Cancellation Fee and Refund Processing Fee.

Refundable tickets booked online

• Cancellation of a tariff according to the conditions of a particular ticket.
• The Cancellation Fee for Web Shop Fly, a.s. is CZK 1,500 plus the applicable airline ticket*
• Refundation tax is CZK 500*

Fees for change and re-issue of tickets

• Airline fee according to the conditions of a specific ticket.
• Fee of ticket issued at the Web Shop Fly a.s. offices is CZK 750.
• Fee of ticket issued outside of the Web Shop Fly a.s. offices is CZK 1,000.

Fees for other travel services

• For other services, a contract fee may be charged.
• Fee for card payment of selected travel services is up to 0.85% .
